At present our forging process has widely adopted the high efficiency energy-saving intermediate frequency induction heating; Turning processing introduced in large quantities of advanced, high-precision NC Lathe and processing centers instead of hydraumatic semiautomatic machine; Heat treatment process use casting furnace with protective atmosphere and roller hearth furnaces; Grinding process use full automatic NC spherical plain bearing grinding machine, horizontal shaft two end faces grinder and high speed Laser-marking Machine; the finished spherical plain bearing storage adopt the advanced computer controlled stereoscopic ASRS Auto Palletizer and electric order picking trucks.
